Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts.

This is a wonderfully balanced drinking chocolate. Encompassing rich tones of delicate nutty flavours and deep caramel tones. This is made straight from the bean so there are no additives, flavourings or excess sugars.

How to make:

150ml of milk - tastes great with cow's whole milk. Heat in a sauce pan with 30g of chocolate. put on a low heat to avoid milk burning. Mix and whisk until all the chocolate is melted. and heat until it is warm all the way through. - The recipe is included on the card of the hot chocolate bag.
