*** We do not make any profit on the shipment costs, and work hard to get the best price possible, this is why we choose to give the costs on an individual basis. We thank you for your patience.

Please note we do not ship to customers outside the UK.

All parcels are sent courier, to ensure you receive your items they are all send recorded delivery and must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver your parcel this will be left at your local depot and a card left for you to rearrange collection, please note your delivery charge may increase.

How long will my goods take to be delivered?

If you have ordered from our stock, we aim to deliver with 5-7 working days, however we are unable to specify a particular delivery time. Our team will email you a tracking number for you to locate your delivery.

If you have requested some thing a little more unique, please note all our items are hand made and hand sourced and could take our artisans 3-5 weeks to make your special request. Please email hello@thehomeofhandmade.co.uk for further details about your bespoke items.

Returns

At The Home of Handmade we want you to be super delighted with your items, although we understand that occasionally you may want to return them.

  1. Returning items
    Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please email the Returns form to hello@thehomeofhandmade.co.uk. Please note Lexies do not cover the returns costs for postage and packaging
  2. Damaged items
    If you receive any items that are damaged, please email or write to us and let us know within 72 hours of receiving your items. In the body of your note please describe the fault and send photos for our team to assess.
  3. Returning faulty goods
    If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with your enquiry by a case by case basis. We will endeavour to replace your item, however if we no longer have it in stock please be aware it may take up to 5 weeks for a replacement as all items are hand made, alternatively we can offer a refund on the product.
  4. Bespoke items are non-refundable
    All bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty (please refer to point 3). Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds on the following items;

    • Unwanted items returned after 14 days of a receipt
    • Damaged goods not notified to us within 72 hours of receipt
    • All bespoke products personalised items, furnishing and upholstery.

This does not affect you statuary rights.
