Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing your orders. Once placing an order at The Home of Handmade you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.
Hand Made Products
Our products are handcrafted by beautiful humans and are not machine made, please be aware there may be small imperfections and items may not be exactly the same as the photo product. This is part of the hand made process, which is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. This should not affect the over all aesthetic of the product and its ability for use intended, it will just add to its story.
Pre Loved Products
These are products that have been used before and have been up cycled, some will have minor faults, all faults will be described and photographed in the product description. Please notify us only if you find fault that has not been previously mentioned. These ‘wear and tears’ are what adds character to the item and tells its own beautiful story.
All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. All items are subject to availability, we will notify you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
The majority of our items are handmade and while colour and reproductions as close to photos shown, every piece is individual and variations in actual good may occur. We cannot accept responsibly for these variations.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel a generic order from the moment you place the order until 14 working days after you have received the goods.
Bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Please note, any damages to your order must be notified with us within 72 hours of receipt via email or writing. Returned items must be returned in original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Please note returns postage and packaging is none refundable.
